For the last week or so I’ve been obsessed with getting another ear cartilage piercing. About a year ago I had my right ear done. Unfortunately it developed a keloid while healing (nasty business) and I had to let the hole close. So today I dropped by Body Electric on Melrose rather than make my trip to the gym :muhaha: I’m so happy that I did, cause look what I got….

There’s something very attractive about multiple piercing. You know that I absolutely love shiny pretty things, but to look at those shiny pretty things against your own skin is very satisfying.  Look at how my ear twinkles  

And the experience of the piercing wasn’t that bad either. Body Electric is a gorgeous and clean tattoo/piercing studio and it’s quite obvious that the people there enjoy what they do. I was lucky enough to have the owner Brian as my piercer. He was very calm and personable and put me at ease right away. Surprisingly he spoke to me about a variety of topics while preparing his instruments from the styles of jewelry he carries, to the breeze flowing through the windows, to the particle accelerator that was gearing up today. I hardly though about the piercing and within a couple of seconds it was over. 

One day I might even gather the courage to get a vertical labret piercing done.
