i just looked at one of my company’s internal pages – we have a system that lets you look up employees, and you can see their reportee trees if they’re a manager, etc.

the titles have updated for my team under my manager … and two people who joined a year + after me … are now senior in my team. they do not do ANYTHING in their day to day jobs or overall lives that is anything different from what i do. no major initiatives. no meaningful projects.

i fucking want to vomit and beat the shit out of something. then tear its eyes out.

then fucking quit.
